I’ve heard over and over again, do NOT pay for grad school. It’s not worth it. Teaching jobs are increasingly difficult to come by after school anyways, having a mountain of debt to add to that stress is gonna suck really bad. Just my two cents?

hoping to hear from the remaining schools soon, Was not expecting this load of rejections, although 2 offers are good. Anyone have an experience to share about PAFA? Thanks in advance.

UARK rejected
HUNTER rejected
PAFA accepted 40k merit scholarship
Rutgers rejected
Boston University no word
Tyler no word
Ole Miss accepted, full tuition waiver, 10k yearly stipend 
VCU rejected
Indiana Bloomington no word

How did you word your email to them without sounding desperate or needy? I need to do this to the programs I am waiting for as my declaration deadlines are coming up with others!

Boston University (painting) have some interviews this week, but not sure if that is all the interviews they're planning on having. Tyler (painting) have carried out interviews/ acceptances. When I was researching schools I saw Indiana (Bloomington?) had quite a late deadline compared to others, so I wouldn't be surprised if they are still reviewing applications.
Kind of confused by how schools seem to send responses out to some and not others at the same time...
 

I'm pretty sure VCU has sent out pretty much all of their painting interviews and acceptances. 
I also seem to have not made the cut. 
But hey, maybe there will be another load of notifications who knows.
