  1. Hello, has anyone from the 2 year track heard anything after March 15th? I'm still waiting to hear a decision which I believe isn't looking too good for me. I know the deadline extended till the 8th but the additional waiting period is frustrating. This is the last school I am waiting to hear back from.

  2. So for those waiting.. did you receive this email?

    "Hello,

I have received several phone calls and emails regarding the status of MSSW applications. You are receiving this email because your application is currently in review for admission. Due to the influx of applications received for Fall 2019, the review process has been extended past the standard 6 to 8 weeks (from the January 15thpriority deadline).  It is my hope that all Fall applicants will receive decisions by the week of April 8th. If you have not received a decision by the week of April 8th, you have likely been placed on the waitlist. Waitlisted applicants will receive an email with additional information during the week of April 15th. I realize that some of you may have been admitted to other programs and have confirmation deadlines approaching. It may be helpful to request confirmation extensions from the other universities as you await a decision from the Steve Hicks School of Social Work.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Regards,

    Andrea Montgomery, LMSW-AP

    Director of Admissions"

  3. Hello! I was accepted to DU 2 year track program with a 22k scholarship. I was also accepted to Columbia University's 2 year track and I am waiting to hear on the financial aid award. Does anyone know which is the better program? It's difficult to choose not having visited the actual university/program.

    Any advice?

  4. I've submitted everything by the 15th deadline. I feel so anxious especially knowing we should hear of a decision within the next couple of weeks. Anyone else waiting??

Has anyone been accepted already? If so how much in merit scholarships have you received? Thanks!

  5. Is anyone else anxiously waiting for a decision? I applied by the 15th deadline with 3 rec letters then 2 more by the 22nd. This "in review" is killing me. I assume we'll hear in the next couple of weeks. Also, has anyone been accepted and been given merit scholarships? If so how much?
