Hi guys!
So I just found out I got an interview with Emerson for their communication sciences and disorders program.
Do you guys have any tips for anything I should do or say or shouldn't say during the interview?
Thank you guys in advance!
Hi guys!!
I know for those applying to a speech-language pathology graduate program, ASHA requires you to have the 4 pre-reqs, one of which is Stats.
Would anyone know if it can be any Stats, for instance Stats for Psych, or it must be plain Stats.
Thank you guys in advance!
So I recently met with a tutor at my school to start practicing for the math section of the GRE and I shared with her how I didn't feel too confident with this section, cause I suck at math. She told me to research and find out whether I can take Apraxis I exam and submit that for grad schools (for speech pathology programs) because supposedly the math section for this exam is a little easier.
I didn't even know this was a thing. Is it??
Thank you in advance!!
Hi guys!!
So I have a question about specialities in SLP. Let's say there's a specific area in Speech you wish to focus on in grad school, like voice disorders, are there grad programs that offer more specialized courses? Or is it all general?
Thank you in advance!
@laura120 See Northeastern is one of the schools I'm applying to, but I'm scared if I get a below avg. math score on the GRE, I won't get accepted!!
Also, thank you for sharing :))
Hi guys!!
I'm applying to speech pathology grad programs this upcoming semester and I was wondering if you guys could give me some tips and advice (on GRE scores, interview process/popular questions asked, resume tips, etc.)
I'm applying to like 12 schools and just thinking about the application process is making me panic, haha.
Thank you!!
