I got into MIA program. Congratulations to everyone who got in. I didn't apply before the fellowship consideration deadline so wasn't exactly expecting any financial aid. Now have to chose between Fletcher and SAIS with some scholarship, or going broke with Columbia.
I just hope COVID-19 hasn't affected their decision making process as well. Lets hope for decisions by tonight or by Monday in the worst case. I am sure they are making all out efforts and struggling with the mayhem caused by the coronavirus. Despite all the obstacles, if Columbia and Harvard can't meet their deadlines, I can't think of anyone else to do so. Lets hope for the best.
So the delay is mostly due to Coronavirus-related issues. They want to make sure that all virtual information systems are firmly in place and it also seems that they are not finished with compilation of the results. So few more stressful days ahead.
COVID-19 is happening. I think along with the classes shifting online, the staff is also working from home. There could be no other pertinent reason. The best we can hope is to get the results by this weekend.
Received admit with a $10k financial aid per year. Have a slightly higher aid from SAIS Europe but am super confused now. Still waiting to hear from Harvard and Columbia.
Hi, I have received an admit from Hertie as well for the MIA program. I received an email saying that financial aid and scholarship decisions would be send in due course.
