What do you guys think? The programs are close in terms of ranking. Both offered full fund. I had no connection with a specific professor in both places, because I wanted to keep my options open. I would appreciate your input on this.

Just been accepted into Drexel University. Their PhD program is new, they have no graduates yet. What do you guys think about their department?

I've received an offer from IUPUI (biostat) with guaranteed funding for up to 5 years. They have a tight deadline of 28th Feb, though. Any ideas about their department?
