I applied for Columbia printmaking but haven't heard back yet. (Heard through the grapevine that the only full ride tuition scholarship for there is given to a printmaking major only.)

Nope just your usual visual arts MFA I don't know about graphic design.

Nice... yeah in some ways I am not surprised that Yale rejected me since I already have my MPH from there before. I don't think that institutions like the idea of having a person in one place too long LoL. I have a thriving studio practice in fact. I just sold a painting with a NFT at XVERSO so I know that it's worth doing this!

OMG I just got an interview set up for the 24th for ArtCenter and am overjoyed! That leaves UCLA and Columbia left to hear back for an interview.

Hmmm... going straight out of undergrad in photography but I already have an English bachelor's and masters in public health. and yourself?

Thanks for the update. I am going to assume that I got rejected from Columbia printmaking which leaves ArtCenter and UCLA open to interview and next week will be my Calarts interview hopefully

No Columbia yet and I applied there for printmaking.

Just finished my photo interview with SAIC today.

Still no word from ArtCenter, UCLA, or Columbia yet. Sighs

Got official rejections from SAIC for painting/drawing and sculpture yesterday so leaves photo for this weekend.

I don't think that UCLA has said anything yet. I am thinking more of next week. It's pretty early. I still haven't heard from ArtCenter or Columbia either.

Ironically I am a current photo major and I decided to apply not to the Yale photo program but the other two visual arts ones. Maybe they prefer you to stay in your own ballpark?

Just got interview requests for SAIC Photography MFA and Calarts Arts and Tech MFA programs today.

I did the priority deadline for SAIC but haven't heard any of the three departments I applied for yet.
