After just applying to 7 CSU's this past round of applications, I think you are looking great! You have a lot of experience and other aspects to be considered a great candidate. I emailed Dr. Epstein and she personally emailed me back confirming that they did move back the date until June 1st! So you have time to still figure things out! Hope this helps
