It occurs, but is quite uncommon. This is unlike undergrad, and you'll need to offer a very good reason. Much of the time, people transfer schools to follow their PIs when their PIs change institution.

I heard from Yale >1mth ago (interview). I heard from Stanford ~2wks ago (interview) and Harvard >1mth ago (interview). All my programs are microbiology-related.

I just received an interview invitation from Stanford M&I earlier today! The wait is exhausting, indeed :x

I applied to MVP and got an interview invitation. However, I think quite a lot of invitations, if not all, have been sent out by now ?. Maybe you could try sending them an email?

I was notified on 12 Dec via email (applied MVP as well). It seems like people are still receiving updates from CAMB though!

I think they should be separate, since they're chaired by different committee members

I applied to Cornell (BBS), UPenn (CAMB), UCSF (Biomed sci), Mt Sinai (Biomed sci), Harvard (Virology), Yale (Microbio), Stanford (Microbio & Immuno) I have only heard back from UPenn on 12 Dec for an interview so far. Looking forward to good news for all of us!

Hey, just chiming in! Has anyone heard back from Harvard virology or Yale microbiology? Seems like they released interview invites around this time last year, but I haven't seen any of these programs in the "results" page yet. Anxious!!!
