    In off the waitlist at VCU for poetry! Even though it's my top choice my decision is going to be tough tough tough this year with my other offers, any advice or input is welcome. I still can't believe I went almost 50/50 for acceptances and rejections this year, thank you all for helping me get through my second and final season. Lots of love and luck to you all ❤️

    Got the Brown rejection today, which means my season is (kind of) officially over! I'm so grateful for all the support, and I'm ecstatic at how strong I've finished this time around. I'll keep you guys updated on my waitlists and decisions in the next month. For anyone still kicking out there, good luck on the rest of your notifications! Manifesting the best for all of you ❤️

    UMass rejections are out for fiction and poetry. Looks like they denied ahead of acceptances this year which is super fun and fresh. (not, lmao) I might be 3r rn but I actually haven't gotten to any of the schools I think I have the best chance at so I'm still not worried!

    Anyone know if not getting an immediate interview request for UMass means we're out of the running immediately and move on? Idk if they're doing like they did last year and some of them go out early while others go out with acceptances/waitlists, or if they're getting them all done ahead of time. I've got a thick skin, so go with truth over kindness on this one lol. If I gotta move on I gotta move on ?

    UMass Amherst interview requests are going out now, so far only seeing fiction, and we might not be hearing about results until March

    Also though someone commented on my post saying that UMass just reached out to them a couple of days ago to get extra materials for the TA app, and said they're still reviewing apps. It might be a little late this year.

    That was my post you saw lmao XD I'm basing a lot of my assumptions off the fact that someone in Draft last year got an interview Jan 14, and in the comments someone said they also got an interview. Those people ended up with an acceptance and waitlist respectively. Then I asked someone else who got in for fiction later if she interviewed ahead of time and she said yes, so that's when I really threw in the towel for UMass for that cycle. I did see a few people on GradCafe who had listed "interview to come" but of the ones from Draft it seemed they all got interviewed ahead of time.

    Hey, anyone hear about interviews from UMass? I know some people were hearing mid-Jan ahead of decisions, some were hearing after acceptances.

    Ohio State rejection just came through but I’m honestly not upset lmao

    (Also, there’s officially been a fiction acceptance for ohio state in draft. I know there’s lots of fiction people here so plan accordingly.)
