  1. It's like just give me an answer so I know one way or another! This waiting is making me so anxious.
  2. Thanks for the update! Mine still shows all of my things as submitted but doesn't have anywhere for me to look at a decision about my application. Can anyone give me advise if I should reach out to ask when I'll hear back? Or do I just wait it out?
  3. Is anyone still waiting to hear back from Tufts? I haven't had any update to my portal there or any emails. I'm expecting a rejection but didn't know if anyone had heard anything yet...
  4. I'm fairly certain I'm not getting in anywhere this term which is OKAY but I wanted to get the forum's advice on something. In applying, I've realized I have a better focus of where I want to be and would apply to less schools next cycle to be more focused. Is it rude of me to ask for critique from a program who rejected me? Should I reach out to a professor who I had briefly messaged about applications for the program to ask for that? I want to have guidance for my next steps but don't know what to do.
  5. Checked my portal and it shows as submitted but that there's an admissions decision available under my recommenders. Holding out hope for you two!
  6. Haven't heard anything for English. I don't think historically they do interviews.
  7. Welp got my rejection from Yale. Not surprised- felt like it was a long shot and not the best fit. Would've been great for family reasons. Thought I would be more upset but I'm really not. I think knowing about only three slots helped with that. Trying to manifest an acceptance this admit season! Sending good vibes to everyone else.
  8. Hi All, First time poster- been anxiously checking the results portal and my email waiting to hear anything. This is my first application cycle and I've applied to: Princeton, Yale, University of Washington, Oregon State University (Masters), CUNY, and Tufts. I'm trying to be cautiously optimistic but haven't heard anything yet so I'm expecting the worst. Would love to have any advice for first time applicants/ if you've heard anything about these programs. I saw Yale is only taking 3 (lol) and that some people got an email about being in the top 15% at UofWashington (congrats!) Sending lots of positive vibes to everyone!
