Hi everyone, Has anyone firmly accepted Munk, or will be accepting once they get an offer? Just wanna know who my classmates will be. Also, do we have a facebook group?

I'm a current Waterloo student and I've had no issues logging in! They're probably updating the portals for applicants (?)

congrats!! im also not a huge fan of quantitative aspect lol (but i know it's rlly useful to know so..). they do offer a prep course! and i've been told that it gets less quantitative-heavy after the first semester, if it helps!

Don't lose hope! They've only done one round of acceptances from what I've been told. More will be coming in April, guaranteed - I got this confirmed by admin multiple times, and so have other posters on this forum! Good luck!

Re: Munk MPP Does anyone know if there is a major difference between MPP1 and MPP2 groups? Why are we split into two groups? I saw on the website that the timetables were difference for each cohort as well. Is it because some of us applied for collaborative specializations, whereas some of us didn't? Thanks!

That’s what I’ve heard. I don’t know if that’s the case for this cohort, but I know in previous years some applicants said they got admitted without having their SGS or ACORN admitted

Just got my acceptance letter + my SGS also changed to decision made for Munk! The ACORN update is an indication of acceptance!

yes! also, a fair amount of people received their acceptances before any changes showed on ACORN or SGS! Best of luck!

it better be a confirmation of acceptance lol I've alrdy told everyone i know! (but also based on responses from former students + as seen on threads from previous years, it means you've been accepted)

thanks! cGPA is 3.7 L2 GPA is 4.0 I also have 1 year of exp of working for various municipal governments and assisted in policymaking there ECs were nothing crazy. started an organization and joined a few other clubs Hope that helps!
