Oh wow! So it looks like we might start or potentially start hearing back closer to July or August by the looks of it? Thank you for the updates it has been radio silence on his site and I was starting to lose hope.

Hey everyone! I got waitlisted for UofT, Laurier and western and I have not really heard of too many people getting off waitlist. I just want to know if its worth it to sign a year worth contract for work and just act like I have not gotten in because I am not sure due to the circumstances/ number of spots/ deferrals from last year that too many spots will open up? Does anyone have any advice or thoughts for being on waitlist? (p.s. im not trying to be pessimistic I am just considering that it might be a slim chance).

Hey I am definitely on the same boat as you waiting to hear back! I was looking at last years GradCafe and the year before that and finding that in the past there was movement near the end of may and June. However, it might be different this year because there has been an influx in applications and most likely deferrals. Hey all! Congrats to everyone who received acceptances and waitlist too! I got waitlisted for Western, Laurier and U of T after hearing back from five MSW schools. What a wild and anxiety ridden ride! I am still holding out faith to get off waitlist for at least one of the schools ?

yeah it was the York 2-year program I got my rejection around 9:12 am yesterday (last name S). I really would like to hear some good news but I guess only time will tell!

Hey everyone! So far I have been waitlisted for U of T and Western. Rejected from York (I heard back yesterday last name S) and still waiting on Laurier. To me, it seems like they are somewhat going alphabetically? Also, Is it just me or is everyone that got accepted to western waiting to get off waitlist for U of T? ah this process is very stressful! ?
