  1. Wow. That means there is a possibility that they might send rolling invites up to before the interview dates? Has it happened in the past where Stanford invited someone after their initial invites? What factor would play in them giving up to mid-Feb as a " you can still potentially hear from us" note?
  2. Same! also waiting on Stanford. It didn't seem like they sent out many invites.. so, I am still hopeful that they are not done possibly they have a few on standby until someone opts out...idk
  3. Not so many posts on gradcafe for Stanford Neuro, so I assumed they didn't send all invites... but oh well haha
  4. Since they started Thursday, I am assuming they are not done yet? possibly there will be some going out Monday. Do they ask people to RSVP? and if people say no, they send out more invites?
  5. Does anyone know how long does Stanford's invites keep rolling for? Do they do it over the course of 1-2 days/weeks..etc? Any key information is appreciated!
  6. Oh i see! yeah pretty sure its 650. It seems like they send invite calls slowly.. so expect to keep hearing between today and next week. I am feeling that a round of invites will be going out this evening in probably about 1-2 hours!
  7. I think they show number... But you'll get an official email eventually but i heard that doesn't come until a couple of weeks. So basically, the waiting game is playing hard.
  8. Yeah, tried googling but no results. The area code is definitely their area and used by their school/depts. Maybe they didn't leave a voicemail because they are making rush calls, or have an official email coming out soon anyways so they don't want to waste time...idk just gut feelings stuff.
  9. Does anyone know if Stanford leaves a voicemail when they contact applicants for interviews? I got a call yesterday from their area code but no voicemail and when I call back the line is always busy. I heard that they don't send official emails until a week or so! I believe they would go another round today but haven't started i think since I yet to see anyone posting Stanford.
  10. I think their invites are rolling basis and not all in one day? I received a phone call from stanford's area code, but no one left a voicemail and no email (i think emails pour out later next week), i tried calling back line is busy, anyone have any idea on how they work?
  11. Hi all, I just saw that someone got an invite from Stanford on gradcafe. Anyone else? So far, its just a phone call, anyone know when will emails go out?
  12. I currently just finished my MA in Psychology and will be applying to PhD programs in clinical psych this fall. Although my program was mainly coursework and clinical emphasis, I still found that it helped prepare me well for pursuing further graduate work (especially my undergrad GPA wasn't that awesome). I also held a full-time research lab position (clinical/ medical research) along the way in the program (since classes were all evening). fingers crossed!
