    I am also struggling sanity-wise. I keep having dreams related to calls/emails/anything MFA-decision-related..I'm thinking about this all way too much.

    Looks like The New Writer's Project sent out their fiction acceptances today. Someone just posted in Draft. There were three acceptances, apparently. I didn't apply there, but I know many here did, so thought I'd post this information!

    I feel ya. Looks like today is another slow day for notifications. Once NYU started making their calls on Tuesday, I was sure they'd all be out by the end of this week, but that seems unlikely now, given that they only did fully funded CNF and Poetry then (though there was one outlier comment on a Draft post saying they'd been notified for fiction).

    I love literary fiction and fantasy. Stories that leave me feeling hollow? Yes please! I did my 1000 word essay on Susan Choi's Flashlight.     I saw that! I wonder what genre it was for. Based on past years' data, it looks like they do not send out all of their acceptances on the same day.

    Thanks so much for your kindness! Honestly I'm feeling a bit down as well. Just feeling like the competition is so harsh. My first choice should notify this week, so I'm trying to prepare myself for disappointment.

    I haven't heard anything from them yet, but was expecting to hear back yesterday or today based on previous years' admissions timelines. Guess it's just delayed, because they seem to send out all decisions at the same time.

    Has it felt like a slow two days to anyone else? There's been a lull at work and I've been trying to limit the amount of times I've been allowing myself to refresh my email, haha. I wish I were busier so that I could have a more active distraction.

    A lot of schools send out waitlists a few days after acceptances, and given that the acceptance was on Friday, I think it's unlikely waitlist notifications have gone out yet. But that's just me, and maybe I too am clinging to hope.

    Apparently there were 5 acceptances in the Prose track and 5 in Poetry. I'm surprised we (we being Draft and this forum) haven't heard anything from any of the other 9 admits.

    Oh holy crap. I decided to check my portals following @panglosian's lead and an acceptance from American University for fiction was there waiting for me! I was literally shaking as I clicked "download" on the decision letter, but I kind of knew what was coming because there was a button that said "accept/decline" next to it : P

    Looks like Vanderbilt poetry acceptances went out today! Good luck to everyone who applied there!

    My schools also had a huge range! Lowest page count request was 15, highest was 40!

    Looks like University of Alabama sent out at least one acceptance for poetry and one for fiction this evening! Both were posted in Draft.

    I read Gravity a couple months ago and still think about it every now and then. What an incredible, poignant piece.

    Omg, I was just telling my partner I was certain I wouldn't hear back from any programs on Valentine's Day. I can't believe Cornell did that in 2020, that's actually so cruel!
