Kiran, are you planning to accept the offer or are you still considering other schools?

I got the acceptance on my portal today. So excited!! Emerson is one of my top choices at the moment! If anyone else has more to share about the program if you have visited, that would be so helpful! My current impression is that it's a supportive environment with an emphasis on pediatric populations. This is great for me, since that's where I plan to focus. Would love to hear more insight from prospective or current students. Good luck to everyone still waiting to hear!

Thanks for posting, but that email doesn't make much sense to me. Isn't the "notification" they are referencing the email itself? Very confusing.

ChatterBrain, when did you get the email from the department verifying submission? I just realized that I never received anything like that. Freaking out a little.. My application portal status says "Submitted". Is that what yours says? Thanks!

I also submitted my first app in early December, and everything was verified within 2 weeks. So it went very smoothly for me. Also, similarly to a PP-it was nice to be able to ask recommenders to submit 1 thing rather than 4. I was overall happy with the experience but it seems like a lot of people did have issues (particularly in January which I'm sure is their busiest time).

I think a lot of people who post on the results page don't actually visit this forum. So for that reason, I do appreciate when people read questions and add additional information when asked. And from what I have seen, many posters do come back to add more info if requested. But I do understand why the website's admins would clean those posts out every now and then.

Does anyone know how UT Dallas awards funding? Is it a separate process, or would we have been notified at the time of admission if we were receiving anything?

I'm with you! I also wasn't expecting any UNC notifications to pop up yet. It's in my top 2 programs, so I am keeping an eye out. They did say March, but in 2013 they sent notifications out at the end of February. So who knows, maybe we will hear this week! Fingers crossed!

I guess I was pretty nervous because I can't seem to remember their names... it was two ladies, though. For those of you who interviewed in person -- how was the tour of the facilities? What kind of feel did you get from the students you met? Any info is appreciated!

My BU interview was today over Skype. It was really short, less than 15 minutes. They only asked a handful of questions and nothing about prerequisite material. good luck Sunday interviewees!

Did anyone interview for BU yet? Mine is tomorrow and I'm so nervous! Particularly about any questions concerning prerequisite material

Has anyone been able to find out how long these interviews are? Mine starts are 3:50, so can I assume it's only 10 minutes?

I sent my transcripts at the end of December, and according to the to-do list on my app portal, one of them wasn't entered into the system until Feb 17. My portal said "application complete" several weeks before that. So I'm not sure the portal complete status is accurate.
