Got waitlisted at York for the 2 year MSW program. Good thing I already accepted my UofT 2 year MSW admission.

Not York promising results by the end of this week and only having one day left to actually deliver ?

Has anyone heard back from York 2 year program?

Did my undergrad in psychology with a thesis; 4.0 in the last couple of years. Have volunteered with LGBTQ groups and children but the bulk of my experience comes from working in psychology labs and in a mental health hospital as a researcher. Felt good about my references (they’ve all known me for a long time, so I think that helped) and personal statements. I tried to combine what I hope to achieve as a social worker with both personal and professional experiences if that helps.

It’s showing up as an invitation under “Degree Registration Status” and a $500 charge under Finances in the Dashboard.

Checked my ACORN account last night, and I got into the UofT 2 year program!! Super excited. My last name starts with K, I’m a domestic applicant. Haven’t received any emails or updates on my SGS profile yet. It was my first time applying, and this is my top choice.
