ughh columbia taking forever to send results is getting me on nerves lol (my interview was feb 19) Like i asked them last week when the results are coming and they replied it would be this week. I know it’s likely to be a rejection but I just want to know if i’m maybe on the waitlist.😣

The chair of the program, I suppose? At least for Fine Arts the chair seems to be the one who’s administrating with scholarships.

Has anyone here interviewed with Columbia Visual Arts? If you don’t mind, could you share what it was like… 🥹 My concentration is Moving Image, but it doesn’t have to be the same program. Even the smallest details are totally fine; like how many professors were there, for example😂 I’d really appreciate if you could share!

Sure! I was interviewing for new genres, and my interview was with both faculty members in the department. Compared to some other schools, the tone felt a bit more formal. Happy to exchange more details after we’ve both interviewed. Wishing you the best with yours!
