Just took my GRE in the Philippines, while there was ongoing construction in the building. Sigh.

done with my first year. That was much harder than I expected.

Finally the wait is over. Heard back from my last two schools yesterday, including my first rejection. Oh well, my decision has been made, and I couldn't be happier. Headed to Tennessee in the fall!

Defending my Master's thesis in about 10 minutes. So nervous and can't wait to get this over with!

In the past 30 hours, I've requested transcripts from 3 schools, updated my CV, written half of my SOP, requested LORs from 5 different contacts, heard back from 3, and worked a solid 18 hours. Time for a small rest.
