I feel I can't wait anymore... "the end of next week". That's ridiculous!!! I have a bad feeling, I think I will be rejected... but at this point, I just want to have all my decisions :-(

JerusalemS, are you sure you can't pick the school? It doesn't make sense... You should check this but I think it would be too unfair if you can't freely choose the school you wanna attend...

We choose the schools and the IIE submits applications on our behalf. We don't usually hear directly from universities, but in my case NYU contacted me last week, so I guess it depends on the school. Normally, the IIE receives the results and they contact the Fulbright Commission in Spain. The commission forwards us the results. For example, George Washington University released their decisions on March 9 but I received mine yesterday… 11 days later… I’m still waiting for three schools. What about you?

For those who are still waiting, has anyone applied to the International Fellows Program? As far as I understood, the program is open to all graduate students at Columbia University. As there will be more applicants to the program, maybe that’s why we have to wait longer… It’s just an idea... This waiting is killing me… :-(

Sorry, I replied in your other post. I haven't heard anything about an interview... I am a Fulbright grantee so I can't handle my application. The Fulbright Commission does it for me. Maybe I will receive an email soon regarding an interview. I'll let you know if that is the case but as I said in my last post, I think admission decision will be available tomorrow....
