It's an interview weekend sort of thing (like Northwestern) March 15-17. The email made it sound like they're interviewing all of the potential accepts but I have no real idea, nor do I know whether all the invitations have already gone out. Sorry I can't be of more help. The DGS said she'd call me early this coming week so I should have more details in a few days.
I'm one of the comp lit admits. I was surprised I got in as I'm more film studies than traditional comp lit, but apparently the department just hired a new film person. I won't be able to go to visit weekend, sadly - Michigan's Screen Arts and Cultures interviews are the same time.
Anyone else get an interview invitation from Michigan's Screen Arts and Cultures program? I just got an email from the DGS. (They're my first choice - I'm so excited I can barely type.)
I wasn't the one who posted, but I got a Pitt admit for English/Film Studies via e-mail on the 6th. It didn't mention how many people were accepted/whether the admits had already been notified, but if the person who posted got theirs on the 7th it's entirely possible Pitt is still making decisions.
