Were all of you notified first via email/the online portal? I'm an American living abroad, hoping the delay is a result of snail-mail and not rejection! I also submitted on Dec 15 and was notified via email on Feb 16 saying that my decision status had changed. I then checked my online portal and received my acceptance letter.
