hahaa, this can effectively lead to DDoS attack on their server, if many of us here start using auto-refresh plugin with a short time-interval.

Also, be aware that if there are too many requests from an IP, their server could potentially ban that IP.

Its set for every 5 min.  Not a short refresh interval.  I just get notified every 5 minutes to resubmit the form.

Just got my results! I'm in committee 195 and my last name is B.

coded as 202 in the Scholarship Section...1512 is for grants (professor)....seems like 201 and 202 will be the last .... unless the vast majority of people here in the Sciences

Yeah...welll engineering degrees are one of the few where you can be a professional and a relatively well paying job after undergrad or masters......the number of Canadian PhD students in Mech/Civil/EE is likely lower than the rest of disciplines....take my buddy for example...he went straight to Seattle and started working for MS out of his EE degree....why should he bother with NSERC and go through this torture?

Is there a rule that we are not supposed to publicly announce we are winners (with our actual name) until the final results are released?  I thought I read this somewhere.

You are not supposed to announce your name, share the letter etc.....but apparently ppl just did on twitter....search nserc and look for the latest
