My friend who applied to Berkeley for their MCP program just got their admissions results via email! I won’t share more details for privacy reasons, but just wanted to let you all know that results at Berkeley are coming out. However, I also applied but haven’t received an email (and am currently dying to know).

Just wondering if anyone has applied to any Canadian universities? I've applied to Queens, UBC, and VIU. Have not heard back from any yet!

I’ve applied to Ryerson, McGill, UBC and UofT—so far have only heard back from Ryerson.

I’m very anxious as I come from a humanities background with limited experience in the field. The wait is killing me!

Hey JBourne! I think I bumped into you on reddit. I'll be one of the people submitting my apps just before my deadlines next week... but can't wait to finally get it done. Good luck to everyone applying this round. Being able to submit applications with everything going on is an achievement within itself.

Just got my rejection from Berkeley too. :( Not surprised, a little disappointed, but mostly relieved that the wait is over. Things happen for a reason, and I hope the rest of y’all get into the schools you deserve! Hugs!

(Now I’m counting on you, UCLA! My second choice!)

Is tonight a wave of rejections from Berkeley? Haven't heard anything from Berkeley, so I am super nervous now. It seems many have got their offers one or two weeks ago. Good luck to everyone!

If anybody chances on this thread in the future and is stressing about it, I assume there's a lot of grace since they know it'll be nerve-wracking. Don't worry about it future planning applicants!

Congratulations to all UPenn acceptances! This is one where I'm getting a little anxious...I'm wondering if those who have heard back applied earlier on in the cycle? I submitted that app (as well as all of my others) the night that it was due so I'm hoping the delay is based on the order in which they are reviewing. (Also, those who have gotten in seem to be shoo ins anyways :) )

If it helps you contextualize: at least speaking for myself, at least I did submit all of my apps relatively early (up to a week in advance, though most a day or two in advance don't remember when I submitted UPenn though). I don't think not hearing back yet is a bad sign! Hang in there! Fingers crossed for a good result :D

In at SUNY Buffalo with $6k scholarship and $5k TAship, which is basically 100% of in-state tuition. Going to be hard to justify Cornell's costs in light of this.

Hi there,

I applied to SUNY Buffalo too but yet to hear back. I applied a little late (02/02/21) and since they do rolling admissions I am curious as to when you submitted the application?

Hi there! I applied pretty early in November, but my recommendations came through in early January. I imagine you'd still be under consideration if it's rolling, best of luck!
