Has anyone claimed the UCSD acceptance that was posted this morning? It seems pretty early for them. I was expecting more like a February time frame.

Agreed. feel UCSD is always early to mid Feb. Also its literally just 9am in Cali.

Did anyone here get interview invitations from Vanderbilt? (saw one on the results page) 

I applied to Vanderbilt (IR) and heard nothing so far

Nope, I personally think it's a troll - we'd have heard from more people! Nashville is also suffering a huge snowstorm rn, and last year it was the start of feb I think

I woke up early today, and it was already posted; there is absolutely no chance they will notify a decision at 4:00 am Pacific Time.

yea ... only saw two GWU admits from results page. Last year they seemed to released all acceptances on Jan 20 and rejections come in mid February.

I don't think they released all acceptances yet but I think the rest should come pretty soon cause the RSVP for the open house is Jan 29th.

Is the open house virtual or in-person?

The open house is in-person (mid Feb). The ddl to confirm attendance to the open house is Jan 29th. So I think they'll probably send out all acceptances before that

So I guess the University of Illinois already sent out their acceptances? Another person posted about getting accepted on January 10th

Yeah I just saw that! I hope it's coming out in waves, I was holding out hope for that programme

 

ETA: looking at previous years, it does look there are usually two waves - one around the 10th/11th, the other around the 20th-22nd

I am also holding out hope 🥺 it is my favorite and best fit for sure. Hopefully we both get in the next wave
