Hopefully this is not signs of things to come...

I must say they've acted strangely in my dealings with them. I didn't hear a word until today, when I was accepted with some funding well after enrolling elsewhere. I assume I had been on a waitlist of sorts, but the lack of contact made me completely disregard Wagner.
