FALL 2017 - Ryerson, McGill, Carleton Architecture

Hey everyone! I applied to Ryerson, McGill and Carleton for the Masters in Architecture! I haven't heard back from any so I'm pretty nervous! Has anyone any idea when I should hear from them? Also has anyone heard back from them? Feel free to reply!

Received acceptance from U of T on March 20th and will have to make that decision soon...

Yeahh Im still waiting on Ryerson and Carleton! Unfortunately I didn't get into McGill ?

Nope not Carleton either, only UManitoba, Mcgill and U of T.

Accepted at Manitoba but I'll choose U of T if those are my options. Even though they didn't accept me to their regular program. I applied for 2.5years and they offered the 3.5 which is a looong program.

Oh wow okay! But yeah I'm still waiting on Ryerson and I'm really praying I get in because it was my top choice actually

Did you get your acceptance via email or postal? Are you a canadian or international student?

Canadian, via email (the website still says my application is Under Review) for the 3.5 year. 

I have an undergraduate arch degree from Canada as well as a few years firm experience but they offered the 3.5 instead of the 2.5 which feels a bit odd.

What was your GPA if you don't mind sharing.When is the deadline for you to accept?

I've notice its rare for them to offer advanced standing.

GPA was like 3.8 or something...it was pretty good, but I have to admit the portfolio was on the weaker side (in my opinion)
Deadline is April 15. Hoping McGill gets back to me before that.

Both seem like pretty good schools...

Still waiting on Carleton, Mcgill...UofT my status changed to 'Decision made' but didn't receive any mail...should i be optimistic ?

Got recommondation  from U of Manitoba architecture dept still waiting for offer letter. I m an international student really confused about Manitoba. Is there someone planning to join U of M ?

Waiting for Ryerson and Carleton. My application status at carleton still says "Preliminary review required" really worried.

Is there someone with acceptance from Ryerson or Carleton ?

Do you any idea about Manitoba M.arch Program ? Its really cheap so that is a good thing but is it better than Carleton or Ryerson ?

Probably gonna go there instead of U of T (they want 3.5 years)

Which program did you apply for Professional ( M.arch Non Thesis) or Post Professional (Specialisation)?

 

And could you please tell whats your application status at Manitoba self service centre. I am really freaking out they just sent a recommendation for Admission and even after 2 weeks no reply and no offer letter.Even my status is Under review of Graduate Studies.Did you get any other mail from them ?

Now that i have planned to join this university there is no response from their side
