I have applied for Bi-National research grant 2018-19.   Mine application status shows "application submitted". Do anyone have change in status and anyone have idea when result for the same will be declared.

The Indian regional office said shortlisted candidates will be informed latest by Dec last week, with interviews in Jan last week and final results in march mid. Thats a looong wait.

Is your status paper copies received? 

I am not sure if everybody for phd receives the answer this month or if it depends on the deadlines / regions
