  1. WAT? you best be trollin
  2. so many freaking excuses. damn! I'm no lift expert, but I say change that 10 sets of 5 to 3 sets of 12 (I'm assuming you mean PER exercise). 12 reps is a lot, but it will lean you up. 6-8 reps with more weight is on the low side, and better for building strength. but 10 sets of 5 tells me you're not challenging yourself enough with the weights; you should be burnt out after 3 sets of 12, after which would be a 10-15 minute recovery that can be used to do a different exercise that activate a different muscle group. make sure you have good form, of course, but don't be afraid to put your body to the limit.. buddy system works well in this case. and this is what I did personally when I used to have gym access. I would do one set, and immediately jump to a different lift while I recover from the previous one. I would cycle through a group of workouts 3 times, so I'm spending less time sitting around like a vegetable. but I'm no lift expert.
  3. how old are you sir?
  4. don't you get chewed out for no safety glasses, closed toe shoes, or long pants more than lab coats? I've never had to work with anything so hazardous that would require a lab coat, just carcinogenic, but wth can you do about that.
  5. uh.. I feel like 8 years is like a length of time that's way more than enough for people to decide to stay together/get married, or break up.
  6. replace their eye droppers with 4M HCl
  7. I left the leasing office after dropping off my keys. I was in such a hurry to leave that fucking room and distance myself from those witches, that I forgot about the letter that my dad had addressed to me, which I had taken from the mail box with me, and put it on the table in her office. 10 minutes later, I realized what I had forgotten and went back for it, but the envelope was gone. I'm pretty sure she threw it in the shredder because she hated my guts, and later telling me that she hadn't seen it, and that even though it was only 10 minutes, someone probably picked it up by accident. I was on my motorcycle, so I know I didn't have it in my hand when I left. fun facts about this god forsaken apartment complex, which happens to have been an even bigger pain in the ass than my previous apartment, which had a small drug ring, convicts, people living on welfare, various maintenance issues that the landlord refused to acknowledge (you get the idea). but this one, despite looking like a higher up neighborhood ... had a neanderthal downstairs neighbor constantly punching on his ceiling because I walked around and made the floor creak. not only that, but reported me for noise violation, while the leasing manager took his side, telling me he has a longer contract with the apartment than I do. (I peed in his cactus pot on the patio before I left) got my tires slashed by some bitch for parking in a reserved spot overnight. then it got towed by the leasing manager. no foul play was intended by me, but this really pissed me off. no maintenance work orders are ever met with any kind of response. I hate to go on an endless drivel, but basically, the leasing managers are two faced bitches. except for one, who I think isn't a bad person, but I feel sorry for her for having to deal with them and follow asinine orders in order to keep her job. moral of the story, Do your due diligence and see the shades beneath the facade. OR rent from sensible people, like a house or something, and do away with any 100 page contract with fine prints and legal bullshit.

Cats are generally pretty easy to box train because they instinctively bury their poo. If they avoid the box, it could be that the litter's too sharp for their little feet - try something softer?

not box, the toilet. one of them (like you said), needs to dig to poop, so I had to rig something up. this is like the 16th prototype. fingers crossed

  13. Oreo, please note... god gave you your fucking claws to kill insects and to defend yourself, not to unseam every piece of fabric I own, you little shit.
  14. oops i thought you were a dude.
  15. if you want to be efficient with your cardio training, I'd say go with running. It's more taxing on your legs, but it'll get your heart going way quicker than a bike could. I say this even though my only form of exercise nowadays is cycling. but I mean you can always get a cheap bike from craigslist and commute.
  16. I should get that pull up bar setup on my door frame. they're pretty handy, only $30 bucks from amazon, and you mount it on your door; easy on easy off. I used to do 20 every morning to wake me up. only takes about a minute, and one of the best and easiest compound exercises out there. push ups are nice too, but where I used to live, the floor wasn't clean.. otherwise I'd have try to do 50 or so every morning to balance out the pull ups. imo, there's no need to get a gym membership. even when I used to have free gym as a student, I mostly stuck around the power rack. If you want to get strong quickly, all you need to do is pullups (with variations), bench press (otherwise pushups with variations), squats (with good form), deadlifts (with good form). There's also a bunch of abs exercises that help your core as a runner. but if you're doing even two of the 4 exercises listed above consistently, you should already be in good shape.
  17. so fancy.. why not just get a prada purse?
  18. for bed, I just bought a memory foam mattress for 240, and just yesterday sold for 120. the box underneath was going to be just a wooden box - no springs r anything, soo i just laid a few pieces of cardboard under it. if i ever move again, I'll proly just get a good quality air attress for a while

  20. anybody know why the macs last so long? battery is understandable. i guess build quality too. but why else would a computer retain its speed over so man years
  21. yea there were exceptions, but rare. which school
  22. ok I think that could work. does the maps have life time update? I know I ask this question a lot. I'm kind of paranoid of it because the gps I have now is from 2008, and every time I try to find something, it leads me to the middle of nowhere. It finds addresses no problem, but the navigation route is a little screwed up, because it'll lead me to the off ramp on a highway and back on again because the distance would be shorter (stupid f*ing thing), or lead me to gravel roads.
  23. by nationwide, you mean US only. what If I want to use it overseas? and is the map connected to the cloud? yet it requires no subscription?
  24. Germany might have won the world cup, but USA won the golden troll award. <http://mashable.com/2014/07/14/lebron-james-captures-instagram-video-of-world-cup-streaker>
