Gah for some reason, I'm really struggling to stay positive today!

I have watched Frozen 10 times since it came out 1 because I am a nanny and 2 because I love it so much! I just want a giant stuffed Olaf to hug and to hold!

Right! It's my top choice so that's why I called a week and a half ago to see if I had just been rejected but she said that the department still has my application.. so hopefully that's a good thing? The results board for MWU has been dead since the beginning of March! Maybe we'll hear something good this week

Ugh- I don't know whether I should call them and ask if I have the correct email on there or if there is an email or not... It's just the same log in info as when you were working on the app. It's my aunt's alma mater and she hires and works with the counseling dept a lot so I would really love to go - she raves about it! I didn't realize how competitive it was though. I mean I guess every program is competitive!

Did you get a confirmation email when you sent in your application? I didn't and can't remember if they asked for my email or not. I have an account and everything and my app is complete according to the portal but I just haven't had any emails or anything and I wasn't sure if my email was on file.. I filled it out so long ago that I can't remember if I put it in! Ugh!

No I haven't. I called yesterday and she told me I was still at interviewed status and the department is still reviewing my app.

I'm trying to decide whether or not to call a school to check on the status.. And I just saw like three results for Western Michigan on the results page and I haven't heard back.. I feel like this is bad :/

If I don't get in for this fall, I'm going to retake the GRE (AND STUDY MY BUTT OFF) this summer because that's my weakest part of my application. I will stay with the family that I nanny for currently and then just apply for spring admissions. I'll probably take the class that I know will bring my GPA down after this semester over again too. I probably shouldn't think about all of this, but it's hard not to with two rejections and no acceptances!

No, I only applied to 7 schools. I had my interview at Midwestern on Feb 26.. That's what that meant.

Ugh I'm so fed up with waiting! I just wanna know if I have somewhere to go this fall or if I don't.

Hey friends! My name is Karissa and I am 23 years old. I graduated with my bachelors in psychology last spring from Malone university in canton, ohio. Currently, I'm doing my prerequisite classes through Utah State. I am a full time nanny to a three and two year old and I absolutely love it! I am also a lifeguard at the local ymca a couple nights a week. I applied to a lot of schools outside of Ohio because I am ready to get out of it I'm a netflix addict, just finished up the Lost serious and loved it. I'm also a big greys anatomy fan! I've been a nanny/babysitter since I was about 11 years old and it's been wonderful. I've gotten to take care of so many wonderful children. My best friends live all over the country, which is good for traveling but stinks when I just want to hang out with one of them! I'm really interested in traumatic brain injury recovery. An interesting fact about me is that I've had rheumatoid arthritis since I was nine years old. Good to hear all about y'all!

I'm out with the stomach bug this weekend and tomorrow, maybe some good news will come to lighten the bug up tomorrow!

I can't decide if I'm actually sick this weekend or if it's just the anxiety making me sick! Sunday afternoon nap is calling..
