I've had 3 years experience at a sexual assault centre (volunteer, volunteer program assistant and overnight crisis therapist) plus other not-quite counseling related experiences like research and working at the AccessAbility centre. I wish I had an idea as to what kinds of experiences/GPA etc. previous students who have got in have had...It is hard to know how much weight they put on GPA vs. related experience

I'm also waiting to hear from OISE's M.Ed for counselling psych but I always knew it was a long shot! I'm just curious as to what kinds of 'counselling-related' experiences everyone has? And for how long?
