One of my schools asked for something like this, and my was definitely not in APA format.

I took a year off during my undergrad due to a mental illness and I did not mention it anywhere in my SOPs. None of my apps required me to explain any gaps and I didn't offer any explanation. If they did ask, I probably would have said something along the lines of "needing to take off of school due to health concerns that required serious attention" or something.

I applied to 3. From my experience most people apply to 1-4 programs.

I asked my rec writers about 2 months before. I received letters from my BSW Field Supervisor, my BSW Field Instructor, and a SW professor who I knew really well. The last two were both from my undergrad.

For what it is worth, I forgot a word at the end of a sentence in one of my statements. I had multiple people look over it and I was still accepted with the typo.

Hi everyone! I am submitting my FAFSA application this weekend. Do I need to alert the school that I have been accepted to that it is complete or will they get a notification? I do not want to delay any possible scholarship applications I hope I will not be submitting it too late.

I keep checking my Wolverine, but nothing yet. I applied for the Advanced Standing program as well. Congrats to everyone who has been accepted! =]

Also, anyone who is also applying to UIUC they will be sending an email on Friday to let everyone know if their application is complete. I called to see if my transcripts were received but I can wait until Friday

I have not heard anything yet and I am applying for the MSW program. Not sure if that helps you

Hi everyone, I got into WUSTL!! I haven't got an email, I checked my application and there was a link that said "Decision Rendered" which had my admission letter dated today I applied on the 1st of December, so it took a month.

I'm learning about my birthchart (which is super interesting fyi google natal chart) and I'm learning to sew.

Congrats MSWappicant7346! Woo hoo!! EastsidechickMSW, I also received my email about Wolverine Access right after my application was complete. Have you gotten into Wolverine yet?

Hi everyone! I applying to Michigan, WUSTL, and UIUC. All my apps are submitted (12/1 for the first two and 12/12 for UIUC) and I am terribly anxious already!
