I have declined at ETSU, Western Illinois, UW-Eau Claire, Louisville, Murray State, and will likely decline at St. Ambrose and UT Dallas. Hopefully this helps some people out!!

I was waitlisted at my dream school, and the director of the program told me I was #9, and since the program was pretty small, I didn't think I had a chance of getting in. I flew from IL to TX for my spring break to visit, and I got an email a few days later saying my willingness to travel showed my dedication to the program, and I was accepted! It is definitely worthwhile to show your interest in a program if you are on the waitlist!

I believe 12 have been accepted, but I’m not sure how many they take total.

Did your post say you were "most likely to be contacted?" I read some posts where they had said that in the email, maybe that's why they had you set up a portal. I go to undergrad at EC, and I know they have already let in quite a few people who go to undergrad here.

I applied in October, but my letters of recommendation weren't completed until late January, so my application wasn't really complete until then. I heard from Dr. Stillman about 2 weeks ago, but I'm not sure how they choose the order they view applications (my last name starts with L). He also said applying for work study through FAFSA helps with funding, and the in-state tuition rates for out-of-state students will be given out later.
