    I really wish I had applied to IU...I ended up not applying because one of my LOR was coming in late and their website made it sound like they offered little to no financial assistance. Hindsight is 20/20 I suppose. But you’re right, they definitely seem to think folks will pursue that option. I was prepared to take on loans but I’m not about to take on six figures in addition to my undergrad. Is there any way to switch your flight or cancel it? That’s really frustrating

    I’m sure you all got the funding update email today...no funding offer as of now ? I’m pretty sad at this point. That’s a huge financial undertaking without funding. Just as the dream seemed within reach...

    Has anyone who has been admitted heard back about scholarships? I’m trying so hard to be patient but the anxiety of waiting is really getting to me!

    I did! I got it about 8 hours after I submitted the application, on 1/16.

    Of course! I submitted it ON the priority deadline (it might've been a few minutes past midnight, but we'll just say 1/15). I received my email instructing me to check to server this last Friday, 3/2. Very recent! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask

    I received my email at 5:42pm...don't give up hope just because it seems to be getting later! You never know when good news will pop up!

    Hi all! I applied for the MSI program as well! I got an incredibly generic email Friday night (3/2) to check the applicant portal and I was accepted! No mention of scholarships or funding, and I specified UX Research/Design interest on my application. Good luck to everyone still waiting!

    I didn't apply for UW MHCID, but I applied for a few other HCI/UX-related programs...good luck to all!
