@LaurGirl11 Hey! I actually got a decent scholarship from MGH so money wasn't a huge factor for me. But, I really liked the school when I visited. The faculty and students all seemed very welcoming, and they looked excited that we were there. As for academic reasons, I really like the variety of classes that MGH offers. None of my other schools had such a wide range. Even though the workload may be more than other schools, I think it will be worth it cause you may appear to be a more competitive applicant. One grad student I was talking to said that for clinicals, MGH students stand out due to the extra courses we take. Hope that helps! -
Hey! I just googled MGH off campus housing, and it should pop up. You just need to sign up as a guest, and they'll send you account information within a couple of weeks. It says like 2 days, but it seems like it takes longer than that.

Hey! There's a housing portal, but it seems like it takes while to get approved. I just got approved and I applied like 2 weeks ago. I've been looking at places through there, and I've heard theres Boston housing pages on fb.

I haven't decided about a car yet. Would you recommend bringing one? When I spoke to the woman on the phone, she said that students typically use the train. Would that be enough?

Hey! I'm thinking of going to MGH. Are these places close by to MGH or far? I'm not familiar at all with Boston and I'm slightly confused about how to go about housing.
