  1. I'm think they keep it relatively similar in terms of cohort size each year -- we have 29!
  2. I'm in the 2020 McGill cohort and got off the waitlist quite late in the summer (I think around July)! I would say don't discount the possibility of moving up on the waitlist and potentially getting offered a spot. I also feel like it's better not knowing your exact position on the waitlist, because good news can come when you least expect it!
  3. Hey all! I'm currently a first year SLP student at McGill and understand any feelings of worry/stress during the application process! I also applied to McMaster, Western, and Dalhousie last year, so if you have any questions, feel free to message me
  4. Hi there! I'm currently an SLP student at McGill! I didn't take my Statistics requirement until my very last term (so the winter term of my application year). I was still accepted, but from off of the waitlist, so there is a possibility that they didn't consider my application until my requirements were finished. However, they will definitely still consider your application even if you haven't yet fulfilled all the requirements at the time of your application! I would inquire with them just in case, but that was my situation! :)
  5. I just got an offer to Western off the waitlist — I was in the first quadrant. However, I will be declining! Congrats to whoever will move off the waitlist!
  6. Hi all! I just got accepted off the waitlist at McGill and will be accepting! I will be declining my offer at Dalhousie and waitlist position at Western! Good luck everyone!
  7. I am also in the first quadrant and haven't been contacted!
  8. Just reading through the posts and saw this, I've taken Physics through Athabasca and got a B+, even though having no previous Physics knowledge whatsoever. If you work hard and dedicate time to learning the material yourself, you should have no problem in getting a B+ to fulfill Toronto's grade requirement!
  9. I sent her a new email! I'm sure she will see your reply soon, she may still just be going through the responses!
  10. Hey! Yeah I sent them an email on Monday and I got a response from Hillary saying that my email was received. You should try sending the email again?
  11. The last day for people to accept their Dalhousie offers is April 15! Atleast that was the date written in my acceptance email, so you may hear something after that?
  12. Got an offer to Dal! I’m a current undergrad student there too. Good luck everyone!
  13. Hi! I go to Dal as an undergrad student and am applying for the SLP program. I asked them about my checklist items and they said that it's fine if it doesn't say received, so long as the main things, like the application fee have been submitted and the application itself. If anything is outstanding after they go through the applications, they would let the applicants know. That's what they told me when I went in and asked, because I dropped off my application in person but it still says that it has not yet been received. I would say to give them a call as well, because they are very informative and helpful when you inquire about admission inquiries! Good luck!
