Heard from UGA before I reached out, I was accepted! I also heard from UIC yesterday and they offered me an interview next Tuesday. I had taken the lack of communication as a rejection. So if anyone else is still waiting to hear back they are still interviewing.

@Drph have you heard back from UGA yet? Thinking about reaching out since they said mid-month but I also recognize the world flipped upside down in the last week so they may be held up.

@DrPH2025 would you mind sharing with me as well? I still haven't heard anything from UIC either.

@Drph The time slots were an hour but the interview lasted about 40 minutes which I believe was intentional as there was another person waiting to go in on the following hour. Questions were mostly straightforward, they asked about my career and goals, why I wanted to attend UGA and then I received one slightly curve ball question that was more like a job interview than a school interview (what would you say to X stakeholder who disagreed with a policy or idea your organization has). Are you interviewing with UGA as well?

I did my interview last week, knock on wood I think it went really well. I was told that they would be sending out their decisions mid-March.

Waitlisted for JHU. Really wish I had gone with the Implementation Science track instead of the custom track. Not much to be done about it now. Glad I've gotten in somewhere already or that would have hit a lot harder.

I just received notice that I was accepted to Georgia State University's DrPH program! This is my first acceptance so I'm feeling a huge sense of relief and excitement. Now to start figuring out how to actually balance working full-time and getting a doctorate part-time while raising a family ?

Just found this thread today -- applied to 4 programs, I focused on ones that I could attend while retaining my full-time job. Current status: UGA-- interview in 2 weeks GSU-- interview next week JHU-- application listed as under review, applied to custom track UIC-- application listed as under review Good luck to everyone! I hope we all receive good news in the coming weeks/month
