But for those of you who are staying up late - Go to sleep. I could be wrong. You should always prioritize your health and do whatever you can to strengthen your immune system during a pandemic outbreak like this. 

Hey everyone, longtime lurker here. I'm pretty sure the results will be released today. Earlier today I called financial services to reset my password for the MYFAID portal, and the kind gentleman on the other side of the phone jokingly said "Are you ready for the results?" and I asked "Is it going to be released today?" He said "I'm not confirming it but not I'm denying it."

Fingers crossed everyone! ?

I've got to say, all this speculation is really unhelpful. Computer errors happen, they don't always mean something. Blog posts sometimes go unwritten when staffs are busy. The blog said it would likely be later this week, but it could just as easily be pushed back again. Just relax and go on with your lives.

Given the tone from blogpost 22 I feel like the final release date would most likely to be this coming Friday（Mar.20th), which I am personally kind of wishing it that way so that the Admissions Committee at HKS could take this one more day to mitigate all pressures around them regarding COVID-19 and decision-release processes. I mean, what does it even matter to give them one more day or so for cushion in exchange for operational accuracy and institutional efficiency? To be very honest, given such a current circumstance even if the final decisions kicked in by next week I wouldn't be in too much of a surprise.
Folks, the situation of Boston right now is really not "traditional", and for that matter I just wish extra understanding and alleviation to the challenges facing any decision maker and implementer on ground right now shall be considerately offered to them.

I feel we are only going to get a decision on Monday. Matt is probably going to post the "admitted students" post tomorrow. Apart from the reasons stated around the delay, something else to consider is the effect of COVID 19. Usually decisions on admits comes with details  about admitted student weekends, financial aid etc. Given everything is going virtual and the chaos around it in Cambridge (trust me it exists, I'm at MIT right now) they probably  need extra time to sort things out. 

What would we do without ye olde grade cafe during times like these?? When I logged into the forum today I saw a "HOT" badge adorning this thread which is something I had not observed before. Lots and lots of comments on this highly-anticipated day. Anyway, I take the most recent blogpost to mean that decisions are not coming out today. I imagine there is a whole separate communications matter that's come into play with COVID-19. In addition to notifying applicants of admissions status, information about the impact of the virus seems likely to be included. For example, I imagine that in-person functions for admitted students would take a different form or be delayed. Hi friends!! Just got to share something. I have received my first admit from Ford School, UMichigan for two-year MPP. Apparently, the letter (email) was sent on Friday itself but it goes to Fulbright then from there it goes to concerned mission of the particular country.. Anyways, I am so happy. 

USC Price was my top choice and I was offered a dean's merit scholarship that covers 100% of my tuition, so it looks like I'm probably going there. The only downside of going to USC is that I'd have to move across the country (I have lived in the midwestern US for my entire life) and I am really concerned about the cost of living in LA... Are the GradCafe forums a good place to look for potential roommates?

I just find it hard to believe that no one in this forum has gotten a single invitation. In past years people post their invitation readily in this forum. 

Hi. Fellow lurker. Like others, I am also carrying an immense amount of anxiety. So I decided to call. 
I called Brandon Ward (the dude that sent out the initial CPL emails to every applicant), and he said that they are still rolling out notifications today, and will continue to do so until early next week.
