Yes. I uploaded the declaration of acceptance, and also medical consent letter. I had to wait for over a month to get the official letters though.

I got the exact message from the portal. The wait is killing. I keep checking my DAAD page to see if there is an update since February but nothing. I am from Nigeria BTW. I think I will write them now, perhaps I will get the 'technicalities' email.

Hello guys. Thanks for all the contributions. I checked my DAAD portal. My status has changed to funding. I also received an email that I have been enrolled for German as foreign language class. However, I do not know what next to do. Can you advice me?
