Apparently - from the Welcome page website: "If the Admissions Committee has awarded you a SIPA Scholarship or Fellowship, this information will be included in your admission letter."
 
welp. SAIS it is. 

Aaand 8:30 has come and gone. So...Friday? Yeesh

Actually--its usually Monday or Friday. Here's some info I found in the 2020 thread, with additions to include actual day. 
2020: 3/13, 4:36 (Friday) 2019: 3/11, 6:30 PM EST (Monday) 2018: 3/9, 3:43 PM EST (Friday) 2017: 3/10, 11:36 AM EST (Friday) 2016: 3/7, 5:24 PM EST (Monday) Obviously doesn't predict anything, but might be helpful!

it’s not that serious. I am also a bit bummed out but like if you’re coming on a forum looking for facts instead of speculation you’re in the wrong place.

I’ve never felt so wronged. 

Guys, they've never done it in waves before, and there are enough users on here that its really unlikely that it would just be one guy with an admit if they did. So either they've become SPIA like in terms of selectivity, or the the one guy claiming an acceptance is an extreme outlier. 

IDK if they still do this, but from the time I applied two years ago, if you don't already know, just make sure your volume is on, but, uh, not too high. 

I didn't say they lied fwiw - there could've been a bizarre error. I will eat an insect if it turns out we all got rejected. 
 
EDIT: I got into SAIS with funding, which folks on here said I should "kiss goodbye". If it turns out I got rejected from SIPA, which the same folks said was more in reach, I will never speak to you people again ?

Also I was majorly close to having a breakdown this morning (from the stress of not knowing), but chatting with everyone here on the forum really helped ease my anxiety. It feels good to know I'm not alone. Thank you so much!!! I hope we all get what we applied for!!

I got admitted last year (no fund so I'm applying again this year) and I remember all applicants received the results on the same day/time! I've just looked at my email and I received the notification on Friday the 13th at 20:30 (GMT)

I'd still guess it would be Friday, given that they normally drop on Mondays or Fridays, and given that the last couple years have been the 12th and 13th.
