Got in at UCLA! I had received 7 rejections and then heard that UCLA had already had an admitted students day, so I was already looking at outside jobs. Completely surprising but really exciting!

Well, I've officially accepted my offer of admission at UNC! It's been a pleasure getting to know everyone and braving this gruesome process together. I'm wishing you all, no matter where you've ended up, the very best of luck moving forward!

Got an unofficial waitlist notification from UCLA this week. They said they should know if they’ll have a spot for me on Monday.
I had made my peace with my lack of acceptances, so now I’m excited again, but if it comes back as another no, that won’t be fun. But still. I have more reason to be optimistic now than I have in over a month, so that’s good!

I got accepted to Harvard!!!!! The news came last night; sorry I didn't update the thread sooner.

Does anyone want to claim that Harvard rejection? Curious whether you were told informally or received a status update.

I mean, UCLA hasn't given me info on funding (it's been about a month) and Denver isn't giving me more than tuition... Both offer some great classes, opportunities to TA, and some advisors I would be happy working with. Any upsides to living in Denver? ? Other than that, I made sure all the schools I applied to had a Chipotle nearby. I'm a simple gal.

I just got accepted into the joint PhD program in Religious Studies at Univ of Denver & Iliff School of Theology. 
I was definitely not expecting that. ? 
Oh man. I don't know what to do. Denver feels like a natural fit since I've been doing RLST for a long time but the Chicanx Studies program at UCLA has the advisor I really want... Decisions, decisions. ?
I guess it all comes down to funding... right?

I just received an offer of admission from the Toronto School of Theology. Financial aid information is forthcoming.
Out of six applications, this means I got into two (Toronto and KU Leuven in Belgium) and was waitlisted in one (Drew).

For anyone who applied to Harvard CSR: I was told by a friend in the program that decisions will be released this week. May the odds be in our favor!
