    Thanks for your insights, and congrats on your offer!!!! ?? Praying that you are correct on your reasoning! I thought it was pretty odd for them to send out acceptances that late in the day on a Friday... but EVERYTHING seems like it is upside down this year ? Hopefully "Spring Break" with my kiddos can help to keep my mind occupied for the weekend?

    U of A announced that in person learning for the Fall is expected (if anyone was curious and didn't hear).

    I was always curious why they had their deadline so much later than the other schools out east. Perhaps they are all trying to create a systematic approach for the sake of consistency. ? Personally, I'm surprised they couldn't just create one online system to upload all your references, personal statement, CV, and transcripts, and pay one fee per school applied to. ?‍♀️ Would be A LOT simpler IMO.

    Apparently the admissions deadline for U of A 2022 applications has changed to Jan 15 also!

    This is beyond cruel lol ? SO much stress and many tears shed over prepping for the GRE. Better have been worth it ?

    U of A said "end of March to early April" this year as per Vicki. The new process they have in place this year is likely making the selection process more drawn out.

    She said verbatim to my husband over the phone "approximately 200 applicants this year". This was just after the Feb 1st cutoff, so should be fairly accurate. ?

    Sooooo... I emailed Vicki (using an alias and a new Gmail account to keep it anonymous?) and it looks like a longer wait is confirmed. We can all stop incessantly checking emails for a little while....
