Rejected - but full rides to Yale and MSFS... interested in State Dep or Intelligence world. Seeing as how we been through this ride together, hoping you all could help me out one last time. Which would you choose? To make things harder, GF is in DC...

Thinking State department but also interested in working in local/state politics domestically. So basically unsure but something in US gov

Asking the audience on this one, would love to hear your thoughts - full ride at Yale Jackson, SAIS, and MSFS, which would you recommend? My thoughts: Georgetown has a clear advantage with DC connections with State, DoD, and other government agencies. SAIS has experts in certain regions possibly better than their counterparts in MSFS. Yale has the possible advantages of smaller class size, ability to cross-reg at YLS/SOM, and IVY league name-recognition. Other pros/cons?

Hypothetical for others bored and checking this page everyday...would love to hear your thoughts: You have a full ride to JHU SAIS, Yale Jackson, Georgetown MSFS, and HKS MPP, which do you choose if your interests vary across IR & Public Policy? Not that HKS is the foregone conclusion, but since this is an HKS blog - what if you don't get into HKS?

Accepted to MAIR DC with 50k aid/year! Six years career experience + 329 GRE + good letters of rec. Wishing everyone else good luck - personally waiting for other decisions but seriously considering JHU!
