    Last year I got my offer of admission email on March 12th and then the official letter on the 15th. From what I've heard, in previous years they would also get in touch ~March 15th and even call you to tell you the good news!

    Just a little follow up! There doesn't seem to be one right now. Would anyone be interested in a Discord server instead of a Facebook group? (would be neat to have organized channels!)

    Wow, that's super cool!! I also had more research experience than SLP related experience. I was told that I should try to balance that by getting more clinical volunteer experience. I think you can frame your research experience in such a way that shows you're a strong candidate given the skills you've gained from that experience! They also want to see that you're able to handle their workload, so maybe your research experience can support that you can handle multiple things at once too. I don't know if this really answered your question but I hope it helps a little!

    Congratulations to everyone who's gotten in and to those who haven't been admitted, I'm still so proud of you! You did your best and that's what's important. This doesn't reflect on your worth - you should absolutely feel proud of yourself, especially after the year we've had. Don't lose hope!! Sending you all light as you take your next steps ✨ I just wanted to ask if anyone's started a group (Facebook? Discord? Slack?? Lol, anything!) for McGill SLP Class of 2023. Thank you!

    I was going to go last year but I think it was cancelled because of the pandemic unfortunately! I'm going to be there tomorrow though

    Do you know where to find that info? I remember coming across a website where they listed how many applied and how many were accepted for universities across Canada (for PT, OT, and SLP) but I've lost track of it. I wanted to share with a friend who's looking to apply! Thanks

    Hi guys! I got an acceptance e-mail from McGill today too! When they say they have to forward their recommendation for final approval, does this still mean we're in? Thank you for your time! Also, big congratulations to everyone!
