Still wishing I had any kind of acknowledgement from schools (other than my apps are all complete and submitted and some are under review). Meh. Only like four of my schools have app statuses on line. Meh.

Not in California I'm sad that my email is empty while others are starting to post about things....

Aw mine doesn't do that. Oh well.

Awww...I try to go to the UCLA status update page and it won't connect. Boo. By the by- good morning! I'm going to try to be more vocal on here because the pup is doing well (and the older one is having way more patience with the new pup than we all are with waiting on apps! ). So- who brought the coffee?

I have had this dream, yes. But lately my dreams have been focused on failing my master's comp, which I take this May. :/ But I know that once the apps start rolling in (and, what do I see here, UCLA has admitted someone?), the app-related dreams will become more strong. woohooo.....:/ Yay for the new puppy to keep me centered!

Good news for USC people. The official acceptance letters have not gone out AND no one has been informed of rejection yet. I spoke directly with the man who sends out the letters himself. And I am also hoping for a good night for Goldie! Tonight is puppy arrival night, so I won't be thinking about schools.

Ugh...ever since I cleared up my maiden name/married name transcript issue (they didn't put the maiden name transcripts in my file- although I had noted it as a former name- and thus were not considering my application...without bothering to inform me online- I called because I had seen people here receive answers already) I am worried that my application won't be considered. Again, because the hist. dept. lady was not thrilled that I called (though the grad off told me to) and she was pretty mean about it. Meh. I should just assume rejection...

No, no. Not jumping on the prediction bandwagon. But I do want to congratulate those newest that have gotten notice or interviews and/or acceptances.

Congrats to the new results posters, from myself as well. I'd be more eloquent about it but it is 4am and I got to sleep at midnight, so I am a little bleary-eyed at the moment.

Okay, puppy update. We are allowed to have her! Yay! I just talked to the lady and everything is set. Smile everyone, we will get through it all- no matter what happens. Remember, it all happens for a reason.

First, it saddens me to read that you were "informed" by your boyfriend that his friends were coming (suggesting this was not a mutual decision). Second, you are *not* becoming the "most petty person on earth". This is a highly stressful time for anyone, not to mention adding an already tense situation to the mix. You might want to have a conversation with your boyfriend (if that option is available) about their coming and how it makes you feel.
