I noticed that there were a few replies in the results. I hope you find them. You can try asking in different threads to see if anyone has heard anything. I also applied to the Arts & Humanities dept at TC, but I have not heard anything at all.
My cousin asked me why I didn't get into Penn. How do you respond to that? I could have gone with, "Well, cus I suck. Thanks for reminding me." But instead I said, "Um..well. They just don't tell you why." This was followed by an awkward silence.... ugh...
I really can't continue to explain why I got rejected and not accepted and waitlisted and not accepted again. It just hurts my heart... or maybe it's just heartburn. :/
Like an other poster said, "If only we could designate which GradCafers we wanted to take our spots." lol That would be so awesome. Or if we could trade offers, "I'll give you my UCLA for your Michigan offer." lol
I hope every GCer gets into the HGSE program of their choosing. I would love to be in a cohort with such amazing folks.
Ehh...don't feel bad. Everyone is sitting on offers at some point in this process. You have to make the best decision for yourself. I'm on a waitlist too, but I completely understand how stressful this process can be for others who are waiting to hear back from all their schools before they make a decision. Good luck to all! Here's hoping that you find the best fit with the most possible funding!
