1) The good thing is that you ALREADY APPLIED to a large, diverse group of schools so there is not much you can do now but to sit and wait patiently for the results.
2) The bad thing is that you really need some work experience, more language proficiency, and oversea work. Your GPA and GRE are borderline average so you really need other variables to make your application standout. For example, the average GPA of admitted students for MAIR at Syracuse is 3.66 and the Median GRE scores of admitted students: V: 530, Q: 660; AW: 4.0. So that is why you need work experience to offset the GPA and GRE. So if you want you can always take a year off to get the work experience, pick up Mandarin, or volunteer at NGOs.
3) But sometimes it is better to be lucky than good so if all your lucky stars aligned than you might just get in...Good Luck!!!
