Hi everyone,

I am a new immigrant in Canada and I have a Masters degree in psychology. I am going to apply to a Ph.D. program in social psychology next year. Since I have one year to prepare myself  What can I do to maximize my chances of being accepted? I don't have any publications and have  3 years of experience working in an organization for street and working children. My grades are good and I think I can get a decent GRE score. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
