Do they upload the time on the file once the letters are online?

Now I'm not so sure that its a good thing I'm waiting for results. Appears to be random or maybe by committee? Who knows. Either way - probs going to get carpal tunnel after this with the mashing of the refresh button.

The folder itself is not date modified, you have to access your personal folder. My letters were uploaded at 11:19 EST

ok...one more step that means we have to click into the folder to see
