I applied to their Day program, so maybe they're working on Advanced Standing admission first.

Just want to comment on this one so I can keep up with it too in case anyone else hears anything. Like I said on that thread, I was accepted into UW’s Evans School’s MPA program, but I applied hoping to do a concurrent degree with the MSW, so I’m genuinely on the edge of my seat waiting to hear if I was accepted or not. I applied for the Day program too, so hopefully we hear something back soon! sbba21 1

Has a field faculty member reached out to you yet? I'm a bit confused how this process is supposed to work since the dates for deadlines are 4/3 and 4/16 I'm a little nervous how things will work out.

UW is my top choice, but obviously as an out of state resident, I have to really consider the financial burdens and would love to know if anyone was awarded individual merit scholarships in their admissions email, or if all financial aid is sent later on with the FAFSA information. sbba21 1

Hi!! I’m also out of state and accepted. UW is my top choice too. I didn’t receive information on scholarships but am waiting for fin aid information!

I didn't fill out the form! That being said I wouldn't stress! Has a student liason reached out to you, (they did for me) maybe ask them??

I paid my deposit at UMich due to the aid and they have my specific program (I want to get my PhD so I want to do a program with a research specialization!) but UW hasn't offered any aid yet so I am hesitant. I have a friend over at UMich for her PhD & she’s loving it. & I haven’t heard anything about aid either... I’m pretty sure I filled out everything I was supposed to? Location is seriously such a factor I’m also in the PNW!

Not yet It's a bit frustrating how long this whole process is taking them, although I recognize this year's pool is a lot more competitive.

Someone on Discord said that they spoke with a student specialist and that the specialist said the committee is meeting next week to discuss aid since acceptances are still going out.
