I was cautiously optimistic about Pickering until I saw how qualified everyone else was on here (reading users personal stats, while interesting, is a bit of an ego buster). What happens, happens although I was of a mind to put a sticky note on my application that said "Look! I'm already in DC! You don't need to spend any money to fly me in for interviews!
